I’ve been in the life insurance industry since 1981 and am celebrating my 36th year in this wonderful business. My passion is motivating agents and managers, and recruiting agencies to reach sales goals beyond their wildest dreams and aspirations. 1st Select offers an environment that encourages agents to thrive, while their clients receive the most dynamic products available in the industry today. This gives 1st Select agents the ability to operate at their maximum level of potential.

Founded in 1999 we have over ( 500 ) active agents writing new business, resulting in over $15 billion of life insurance in force and protecting over 25,000 families with 12 million dollars of in force life premium. This year I was honored to received the Lifetime Achievement award from the Alliance Group. I have a beautiful fiancé Eilene, a lovely 18 year old daughter Samantha, and of course Ccino – our dog, all of whom I adore.

Susan has been a valuable part of 1st Select for the past 8 years. Her primary responsibilities are processing contracts for all new recruits, administrating all agents new business, reporting weekly business, and facilitating ongoing training of agents and their offices.
Susan is instrumental in supporting 11 MGA offices throughout the country as well as assisting in the implementation and training of administrators when new MGAs join our organization.
Susan is very driven, no nonsense business women which has been a big part of the ongoing growing success for 1st Select. Her passion for detail and care of her agents has earned her great respect in the insurance industry. Susan is a native Floridian who lives in Lighthouse Point with her boyfriend Tim. She has two adult children. Jessica is a RN and manager of the E.R. and Ryan is a financial advisor for JP Morgan. Susan thoroughly enjoys her family, boating , golfing, traveling, and her darling dog Molly.
Administrative Assistant / Examiner, First Select Insurance Agency
Norma has been a member of 1st Select for 8 years. She is the assistant to Susan Rowen and is responsible for processing apps and assisting in administrative functions. Norma’s medical exam company is happy to assist and dispatch medical techs to perform medical exams for 1st Select agents. She insures that exams are performed and results are timely.
Norma was raised in Chicago, IL. and is a single mother of two grown children. She enjoys the single life and loves to shop, take long walks at the park and has a beautiful cat named Chloe whom she considers her baby.
